One-third of the world's population is currently infected with TB. The Stop TB Partnership, a network of organizations and countries fighting TB, organizes the Day to highlight the scope of the disease and how to prevent and cure it. >> More -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- March 13 - World Kidney Day The 2011 Campaign will focus on the important link between Chronic Kidney Disease and Cardiovascular Disease and the fact that Chronic Kidney Disease is a major risk for Cardiovascular Disease.
